Ambroise Bayen joined Cube IM in January 2017 as an analyst, primarily focusing on the Public Transport, Waste and Water sectors. He was notably involved in the acquisition of Mekka Traffic in 2017. He is also involved in the investment management of Netinera, Boreal, Hansea and Mekka Traffic.
Ambroise began his career in Paris as part of the Lazard Sovereign Advisory team in 2015, where he was involved in the execution of various infrastructure advisory and major restructuring mandates, notably in the transportation sector.
Prior to joining Lazard, Ambroise interned at Voltalia, a leading French independent renewable producer, in the Project Finance department, were he was involved in the financing of large wind projects in Brazil and solar projects in France. He also interned at Triago Americas in New York, focusing on strategic advisory and fundraising to Private Equity firms.
Ambroise is a graduate of ESSEC business school in Paris, with specialization in Corporate Finance.
A French-Brazilian citizen, he is fluent in English and Portuguese.
