Luxembourg, October 2nd, 2025 – Cube Infrastructure Managers (“Cube IM”), a leading European infrastructure fund manager focused on the lower mid-market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Bonamy Racine as Partner, Head of France.

Julie will oversee Cube IM’s activities in France, a key geography for the firm, and play a strategic role in expanding its presence and partnerships across the country. Her appointment reflects Cube IM’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership and deepening its local engagement in key European markets.

Julie brings 15 years of experience across both public and private sectors. She joins Cube IM from Saint-Gobain, a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction (€46.6 billion turnover in 2024), where she held several senior executive positions:

  • CEO of Saint-Gobain Canada, overseeing $2.3 billion in revenues and 3,500 employees across 46 sites and managing nearly $4 billion in strategic acquisitions;
  • CEO of Saint-Gobain Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore;
  • Vice President of Strategy, and member of the Group Executive Committee in Paris.

Earlier in her career, Julie served as a senior official (inspectrice des finances) for the French government, before joining the office of the French Minister for the Economy, Industry and the Digital Sector.

She is a salutatorian graduate of France’s National School of Administration (École Nationale d’Administration) and holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
Her blend of operational expertise and public sector insight will be instrumental in supporting Cube IM’s investment strategy, which focuses on essential local infrastructure across energy transition, telecoms, transport and environment sectors.

Cube IM currently manages several infrastructure platforms in France, including CFTR, Metropolis, Sepur, Dispam, and Stations-e, and continues to expand its portfolio through proprietary investments and strategic partnerships.
