CubIKS GmbH
Established in 2025, CubIKS is a 70/30 joint venture between Cube III and The Dillinger Group - a Germany-based developer, EPC and operator of renewable energy plants - to build, own and operate a 1 GW platform of energy transition assets in Germany and Italy.
CubIKS targets building utility scale solar PV systems on the ground and on carport rooftops. The platform is well positioned to capture strong structural tailwinds underpinned by a supportive regulatory framework for decarbonization of the energy sector thus contributing to energy security, emissions reduction, and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
