Arisa joined Cube’s Investor Relations team in October 2025, served as Head of Asia Coverage. She brought over 12 years of experience in fundraising and private asset.

Prior to joining Cube, she worked as a director at Schroders in Tokyo, where she was responsible for fundraising from Japanese institutional investors for private asset products. Earlier in her career, she served as a Vice President at Mitsubishi Corporation, covering private equity investment and fundraising mandates.

Arisa holds an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge (Cambridge) and a Bachelor in Law from Keio University (Tokyo).

As a Japanese national, she is bilingual in Japanese and Mandarin, fluent in English.
