Caroline joined Cube in end of 2025 as Senior Legal Counsel.

Prior to joining Cube, Caroline worked as a lawyer for nearly 3 years in the alternative investment fund department of a major Luxembourg law firm in Paris. Her practice mainly focuses on assisting various local as well as international clients, notably alternative investment fund managers, from the set up to the liquidation of alternative investment funds and investment vehicles in Luxembourg. In addition to handling the establishment aspects, Caroline’s area of expertise also includes ongoing legal assistance on financing operations and investment deals of both regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds as well as the negotiation and coordination with service providers, investors and supervisory authorities such as the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

Caroline holds a Maîtrise in International business law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Aix-Marseille and passed her bar exam in Paris.

Caroline is fluent in French and English.
