Jérôme, Partner & CFO, has more than 25 years of infrastructure project management and investment experience.

He joined the Manager in 2007 and is a Director of the Board. Jérôme is a member of Cube’s Management Committee and the Manager’s CFO, overseeing the risk management, valuation, compliance, legal and finance functions.

Prior to Cube, Jérôme spent 4 years at Natixis heading the FIDEME Fund, a mezzanine fund dedicated to renewable energy projects in France. Prior to this, he was with Suez Environment (1996-2003) where he held several operational responsibilities in the financial and development areas of the group before being appointed General Manager of project companies in South Korea.

Jérôme holds a Master in Business Administration from Paris Dauphine University.
