Kristina is an Investment Manager within the Telecoms & Digital team and has been with Cube since 2026.

Kristina was previously based in London, where she started her career and spent 10 years working in finance, between Investment Banking and Private Equity.

Kristina started her career at HSBC and afterwards joined UBS where she was part of the TMT M&A team, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure. Kristina was involved in the execution of multiple sell-side, buy-side and financing transactions, having advised both private equity funds and large corporate clients. In 2023 Kristina moved to DigitalBridge where she was part of the Investments Team, focusing on the development of existing portfolio companies across the Data Centres and Towers space as well as the execution and analysis of new opportunities.

Kristina holds a Bachelor Degree in International Economics, Management and Finance from Bocconi University (Italy) and an MSc in Finance from ESADE University (Spain).An Italian citizen, she is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French
