Paolo joined Cube in 2026 as a Portfolio Assessment Associate. In this role, he is responsible for performing valuation of Cube’s portfolio companies, assessing overall fund-level operational and financial performance, and reviewing new investment opportunities.

Before joining Cube, Paolo worked for over 5 years at Deloitte Luxembourg as a Senior Consultant in the M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory department. During this time, he focused on M&A advisory and due diligence processes across numerous transactions. He also specialized in complex financial models and multi-asset class valuations, with targeted expertise in the financial services and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to this, Paolo was a trainee in the corporates direct lending division of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

Paolo holds a MSc in Management Engineering – Finance from Politecnico di Milano. He is fluent in Italian and English and has a reasonable command of French.
