Stefan leads our Transport & Environment investment and asset management team. He is a member of Cube’s Management and Investment Committees.

Stefan serves on the boards of Cube’s portfolio companies in public transport – Mekka Traffic (Sweden), CFTR (France) –, environment – Sepur (France), Verdis (Nordics) –, and temperature-controlled logistics – Dispam (France) and Müller Transporte (Austria) –, some of which he chairs. He is also active on the boards of Cube portfolio companies firstcolo (Germany) and RiverRidge (UK).

Stefan has more than 20 years of infrastructure, direct investment and investment banking experience. Before joining Cube in 2017, Stefan worked in the advisory teams of InfraEnergy, UBS Investment Bank, ING BHF-Bank and JPMorgan Chase in Frankfurt. During his 10 year tenure at UBS, Stefan covered transport and energy infrastructure operators and investors as well as governments and advised them on M&A transactions and capital raisings.

Stefan read law at the universities of Passau (Germany) and Kent (UK).
