Stéphane is a Partner at Cube, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure investment and asset management.

Since joining Cube in 2010, Stéphane has led investments across the Telecom, Energy Transition and Public Transport sectors.

Currently, Stéphane oversees the Investment & Portfolio Management for Cube’s flagship funds’ Electric Vehicle Charging and Digital Infrastructure platforms. He is a member of the Cube II and Cube III Investment Committee, Portfolio Monitoring Committee, and Asset Management Committee. Additionally, Stéphane serves as an observer at the CEBF’s Executive Committee.

Before joining Cube, Stéphane spent a decade at Dresdner Kleinwort, where he held senior roles in Investment Banking both in Paris and London. His expertise primarily focused on the Utilities and Infrastructure sectors, where he provided strategic advice to corporates and infrastructure funds on M&A, Restructuring and Capital Markets transactions throughout Europe. Following the acquisition of Dresdner Bank by Commerzbank, Stéphane was appointed as the global Head of Infrastructure within the M&A Advisory division of the combined group. Later, he founded Prodeo Capital, an independent advisory firm specializing in the financial services and renewable energy sectors. Prior to his tenure at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Stéphane had worked for five years at PwC, where he held the position of manager in the firm’s Corporate Finance advisory practice.

Stéphane holds a Civil Engineering degree and is an MBA graduate from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.
