Thomas joined Cube in February 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel .

Prior to joining Cube, Thomas worked for more than 6 years in the corporate and finance department of a Luxembourg law firm. Thomas has experience in assisting clients which focus is mainly on the implementation of and the ongoing assistance to alternative investment structures. His practice experience also includes advising local and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, in particular, the structuring of transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Beforehand, Thomas completed various experiences in corporate and investment management departments of major law firms in Paris and Luxembourg and practiced in different areas of law including mergers and acquisition, bankruptcy or corporate law.

Thomas holds a specialized master in international management and law from HEC Paris as well as a Master Degree in Business law from the faculty of Paris XII and passed his bar exam in Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Thomas is a French citizen and is also fluent in English.
