Urbaser Nordic becomes Verdis

We are excited to announce that, as of today, Urbaser Nordic will be officially known as Verdis. The rebranding follows Cube Infrastructure Managers’ acquisition of Urbaser Nordic, and it is part of the strategy to establish Verdis as an independent leading Nordic municipal waste collection and recycling platform. The transaction was officially completed on November 21^st, 2023.

The name change marks a significant step in our journey towards sustainability, embodying our ambition to become “the leading environmental services partner today and for society tomorrow.” With a focus on green solutions, Verdis aims to set the standard in municipal waste collection and waste management by investing and developing sustainable practices across the Nordic region.

For our customers and partners, the operations will seamlessly continue under the new name Verdis. We are unwavering in our commitment to maintaining the same high standards of quality and reliability, while also striving towards our goal of contributing to a new circular economy.
