Created in 2012 as a spin-off of NeoElectra’s cogeneration assets, Taranis Energy was set up as an independent power producer specialized in cogeneration, biomass and biogas plants.
Taranis Energy’s main asset is a cogeneration plant located in Normandy, France, with 103 MW of installed capacity. In addition, Taranis Energy’s portfolio included a 15-year landfill biogas concession of 1.5 MW capacity located in Aquitaine, France.
Cube successfully sold Taranis Energy to Antin Infrastructure Partners in 2018 (together with Idex).
